It trains hand-eye coordination with the body, with Chen Tai Chi's spiraling energy flow through stepping and sweeping sword motions. This form is excellent at developing body condition for self-defense and general endurance. The philosophy of yin and yang is always present: one sword attacks while the other guards and protects. Master Tsao teaches in detail, posture by posture, with front and back view demonstrations. Suggest 30 class hours. (Difficulty: Beginner to Advanced Levels)
