This routine is an abridged version of Chen Style New Frame Routines 1 and 2, used for Chinese national and international competition.  It is a unique combination created by the Chinese National Sports Institute in Beijing in 1988.  Master Tsao teaches each lesson posture-by-posture, instructing in English, and includes back and front view demonstration.  There are also self-healing and self-defense applications explained throughout the teaching.  It is a good reference for home study, or a resource for instructor's teaching preparation.  Suggest 30 class hours.   (Difficulty: Beginner through Advanced Levels)
