Sun Tai Chi combines elements of Ba-gua, Xing yi, and Tai Chi. It has Qigong movements and is known as "open & close" Tai Chi because of the open & close qigong hand movements during turning points. Sun style is characterized by its compactness of movement, high, upright posture, and lively footwork. One foot always follows the other during advance and retreat. It is the best for Qigong lover or beginner to learn. It is also efficient in self-defense! This DVD video teaches the Chinese national standard routine Sun Style Form 73.
