This is the old routine that keeps all the original techniques and practiced widely in Beijing area, without modification by his later generations.  Master Tsao presents a whole routine demonstration, followed by step-by-step instruction in English.  There are plenty of repetitions in both front and back view during the instruction.  It is a good reference for home study, or a resource for instructor's teaching preparation.  Suggest 50 class hours.
